    Large-Scale Mining License

    Issued by the National Minerals Agency (NMA) of Sierra Leone, authorizing Mackondor Mining to conduct large-scale exploration and extraction of gold and diamond deposits within designated concession areas. This license mandates adherence to environmental management plans, community development agreements, and annual reporting requirements.

    Mineral Dealer License

    Issued by the Ministry of Mines and Mineral Resources, authorizing the company to legally purchase gold and diamonds from licensed local miners, artisanal cooperatives, and small-scale mining enterprises. This license requires strict record-keeping, anti-money laundering compliance, and transparent pricing practices.

    Mineral Export License

    Issued by the National Minerals Agency and the Bank of Sierra Leone, authorizing the export of gold and diamonds to international markets. Export licenses are contingent upon Kimberley Process Certification for diamonds and assay certification for gold.

    Issued by the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) of Sierra Leone, confirming that all exploration and extraction activities have undergone rigorous environmental impact assessment and approved mitigation planning.

    Valid exploration licenses and dealer permits issued by the Ministry of Mines and Geology of the Republic of Guinea, with export authorization from the Central Bank of Guinea and customs clearance protocols.

    Class A and Class B mineral rights issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Liberia, complemented by precious minerals dealer licenses and export permits from the Liberia Revenue Authority.

    Registration with the Minerals Commission of Ghana for mineral trading and export, with compliance to the Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703) and associated regulations.

    Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) Tax

    Deduction and remittance of employee income taxes in compliance with national revenue authority requirements.

    Goods and Services Tax (GST) / Value Added Tax (VAT)

    Registration, collection, and remittance of consumption taxes on goods and services purchased and sold in the course of business.
